Poly PTX Eco Smart-adapter
The innovative, cost-effective, and tool-free longitudinal grinding quick-clamping system for use on 100mm keyway shafts. Simply slide the tool rolls onto the Eco Smart Adapter – they lock automatically when the machine is running.
Whether it’s extra-wide rolls with a working depth of 150mm or narrow wheels with a working depth of 50mm, all components are held quickly and securely on the Eco Smart Adapter. Wheels 50mm wide can also be mounted at any position on the shaft without spacers.
Functions
- Laminated hard rubber sleeve that operates completely vibration-free and guarantees 100% concentricity.
- Simply slide the adapter onto the keyway, and the Eco Smart tool can be used.
- Ensures immediate, secure tool grip once pushed on.
- Applicable for POLY-PTX® and all longitudinal grinding machines with a 19mm keyway.
- Innovative tool holder for ultra-fast roll changes.
- Thanks to the simple Eco Smart system, Eco Smart tools up to 150mm working width can also be used.
- Maximum speed 6,000 RPM.
